Service Description

Partial Planning Coordination is designed for couples who have a clear vision but need help with the nitty gritty. i.e. vendor recommendations, timeline creation, decor & design, budget, & contracts.


Cancellation Policy

Booking & Confirmation: All event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your event date, a signed contract and a 20% deposit are required. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable under specific conditions (see Rescheduling Policy). Once the deposit is received, your event date will be officially confirmed, and planning will commence. Event Timeline & Deadlines: An initial planning session will be scheduled within 10 days of booking to discuss your vision, preferences, and any preliminary details. A detailed event timeline will be created and shared no later than 60 days before the event date. This timeline will outline key milestones, vendor deadlines, and scheduled meetings. Final decisions on major aspects of the event (such as vendor selections, décor choices, and guest count) must be made no later than 30 days before the event. Any changes to the event schedule or details must be communicated in writing and may be subject to availability and additional fees. Vendor Scheduling: The Planner will coordinate with all vendors to confirm their schedules and ensure alignment with the event timeline. Vendors will receive a final, confirmed schedule no later than 14 days before the event to allow for any necessary adjustments. The Planner is responsible for ensuring that all vendors adhere to the agreed-upon timeline on the event day. Meetings & Communication: Regular check-in meetings will be scheduled leading up to the event to ensure all details are on track. The frequency of these meetings will increase as the event date approaches. Unlimited communication via phone, email, and text is available to the client for any questions, concerns, or updates. The final walkthrough of the venue with the Planner, client, and key vendors will be scheduled within 7 days of the event. Day-of Scheduling: A detailed day-of schedule will be provided to the client and all vendors 7 days before the event. The Planner will oversee the entire event day, ensuring that the schedule is adhered to and handling any unforeseen changes or delays. Post-Event Follow-Up: A post-event meeting will be scheduled within 14 days after the event to review the day’s success, gather feedback, and discuss any final details or outstanding matters. Any additional services required post-event (such as rental returns or final payments) will be scheduled and coordinated by the Planner.
